  • Keep the head of institute updated on Fee matters — brief summary to be shared on regular basis.
  • Manage interim clearance of dues at institute level for issuance of original documents, scheduling thesis defense, etc.
  • Ensure recovery of shop rentals within due dates as per agreement.

  • Ensuring expenditure and transfer of funds are made after approval of competent authority as per NUST Statutes and Delegation of Powers by Rector.
  • Ensuring all payments are made as per prevailing NUST rules and regulations and law of the land.
