📝 BUET / Admission Test Pattern
BU Entrance Test of Undergraduate Programs shall be based on 100 MCQs. Each question shall be presented with four answer options. There is no negative marking. Only one shall be correct. The test carries 100 marks and time allowed shall be 120 minutes.

📋 Admission Process for Quota Categories
Less Developed Regions / Disabled Candidates / Wards of Advocates
- Applicants shall apply online, on or before the notified closing date.
- Forward applications to Admissions Offices of respective Campuses to avail quota seats with application number, programs, campus, and supporting documents by quickest means (email/TCS), one week before Admissions Deadline.
- Appear in BUET on the date notified, or produce results of tests conducted by specified testing service if provisioned.
- No fee waiver is authorized on quota seats.
Children of Overseas Pakistanis
- Apply online before the notified closing date as per eligibility criteria.
- Attach: Paid Challan Form, Copy of CNIC/NICOP, Copy of Passport of Parent/Guardian with valid visa & exit stamp, Proof of residence/employment abroad of Parent or Guardian.
- Appear in BUET or produce/enter results of ETS tests (SAT, GAT, GRE etc).
- Admission purely on merit. Documents verified by Admission Committee of BU Campuses/CUs.
Sports Quota Seat
- After online registration, submit sports quota form along with: Copy of ID Card/Form B, Copy of Paid Admission Processing fee slip, Sports participation Certificate(s) from relevant authority.
- Eligibility: Only candidates who qualify BUET/ETS and meet minimum eligibility criteria.
