Eligibility Criteria for PhD Scholarships
- Nationality: The applicant must be a Pakistani or AJK national.
- Previous HEC-funded scholarship: Applicants who previously received an HEC-funded MS/MPhil scholarship can apply only after completing a minimum two-year residency period in Pakistan after completion of the MS/MPhil degree, and they must provide a No Objection Certificate from the relevant authority.
- Minimum education: Applicants must have at least 18 years of education, such as MS/MPhil or an equivalent qualification.
