📋 Key Responsibilities
📰 Corporate Media Relations
- Lead nationwide corporate media relations and act as the focal point for print, electronic, and digital media to maintain a positive narrative in collaboration with Nestlé's Public Affairs and Corporate Communications teams.
- Lead and manage the Corporate PR firm for media engagement and crisis communication to enhance public opinion of Nestlé's corporate brand.
- Lead engagement with national and regional press clubs across the country.
- Provide continuous support to Head Office for advocacy and communication support to partner organizations including chamber/association networks like Pakistan Dairy Association (PDA) and Baby Food & Nutrition Council (BFNC).
🏛️ Public Affairs (South Region with National Institutions)
- Act as focal point and maintain relationships with national institutions: State Bank, Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce & Industry (OICCI), Pakistan Business Council (PBC), Swiss Business Council (SBC).
- Engage key opinion leaders and institutional stakeholders to strengthen Nestlé's reputation. Identify and monitor issues in the south region to influence public perception.
- Engage provincial governments in Sindh & Balochistan (Health, Environment, Labour, Rural Development departments), line departments, and local administration for policy advocacy and visibility on administrative issues concerning Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and HR matters.
- Serve as focal point to engage stakeholders for implementing and monitoring sustainability and Creating Shared Value (CSV) projects and events in the South region — a cornerstone of Nestlé's global corporate strategy.
